Fucose Binding Lectins
Several lectins recognize fucose in a glycoprotein. Based on the linkage and specificity for binding, different Fucose-binding lectins are utilized to obtain optimum results. Affinity purified Fucose-binding lectins are available in various conjugated forms as well as immobilized with agarose beads (Separopore® 4B), including macrobeads.
