Various surface and membrane glycoproteins can be easily purified by binding to a specific lectin conjugated to
Separopore® (Agarose beads) matrices. GlycoMatrix™ offers a wide variety of lectin-Separopore® conjugates in
ready-to-use columns (1 mL and 5 mL) or gels for packaging larger columns. In addition, we offer MagneZoom™
magnetic beads coupled to lectins for immunoprecipitation or signal transduction studies.
