Lectin Separopore® Agarose Beads
Separopore® (Agarose bead) matrices provided by GlycoMatrix™ work directly with glycoprotein purification methods. These matrices are offered in Separopore® 4B (4% agarose), 6B (6% agarose), and 4B-CL (4% agarose, crosslinked) bead formats. In addition, Separopore® 4B embedded with BlackPearl® paramagnetic beads offer a fast method for magnetic fractionation of glycoproteins, as well as higher efficiency of ligands attached to the agarose surface.
