Product Description
The SDS Sample Loading Buffer allows for the visualization of samples in SDS-PAGE. It is specially formulated to ensure complete denaturation of the protein for clear results.
The reducing formula contains 2% SDS and 1% beta-Mercaptoethanol at the 1X working concentration. For best results, dilute 3 parts of sample with 1 part SDS Sample Loading Buffer 4X.
MOPS-SDS and MES-SDS Running Buffers are popular choices for use in gel electrophoresis alongside the SDS Sample Loading Buffer.
Bring solution to room temperature and shake/stir well before using. If SDS falls out of solution, gently increase temperature while stirring.
