Sucrose Phosphate Buffer 10X is frequently used for the precipitation of glycogen from pellets. Sucrose can be used to stabilize a cell and its organelle membrane as well as tissue homogenization. 74.6% Sucrose in 0.2 M Sodium Phosphate Monobasic and 0.8 M Sodium Phosphate Dibasic.
