TBS Buffer is a 10X concentrated formula for buffer dilution. The low salt formulation is designed for Western Blot washing of electrodes and microplates.
Once diluted with distilled water, 1X TBS Low Salt contains 50mM Tris and 150mM Sodium Chloride at a pH of 7.4.
